What is the Aging Mastery Program?
The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) is a series of classes that offers a comprehensive and fun approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity.
The 10-session program combines goal-setting, daily practices, and peer support to help participants make meaningful changes in their lives. Central to the AMP philosophy is the belief that modest lifestyle changes can produce big results and that people can be empowered to cultivate health and longevity.

Classes are held at the Northland Shepherd’s Center~ 5601 NE Antioch Rd. Gladstone, MO 64119

Free for ages 60+

Under 60 the cost is  $39.00 (a $250.00 value)
