We are offering a Chair Stretching program that will focus on specific issues such as:
Hip or back pain
Wrist or Finger stiffness
Arm or Knee discomfort
Each week we will learn different stretches to help relieve pain and stiffness. Directly after our stretching we will do a Guided Meditation. A regular practice of meditation can help reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, general pain, and high blood pressure. The Guided Meditation will last 10-15 minutes after the Chair Stretches.
