Life Improving Fitness Training (L.I.F.T.) is designed to increase senior adults’ access to a safe, structured, and effective strength training program.
At each session a prescribed set of eight upper and lower body strengthening exercises are done. Participants will choose the weight of dumbbell right for them. All will be made to feel comfortable, regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely exercise and build strength beneficial to their health at their own pace.
